Shipping Information
As a general rule, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive your tracking number by email. Shipping times are estimated to be 3-12 business days.
Please allow for extra shipping time during peak/holiday seasons.
In rare cases a component of a bed may be out of stock. If this happens, the bed will not ship until all components are received and the order can arrive complete. You will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping.How will my order be shipped?
Your Comfortaire order will be shipped in 1-6 shipping boxes. Shipping is with common carriers.

If you live in our area, we will deliver your order within 1-7 business days. We will contact you by phone or email to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.
What is 3 Bears' return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your 3 Bears' Bed Comfortiare Sleep System purchase, you may return your mattress within 30 nights for a full refund. Please allow ten (10) business nights after the item has been returned for your refund to be processed on your original payment method. With 30 nights of sleep, you will have a better idea if sleeping on a 3 Bears' Beds Comfortaire Air System or Comfortaire Comfort Foam System is right for you.
